Rev. Julie Rennick was inducted to the charge of Larbert West Parish by the Presbytery of Falkirk on the 17th October 2019.
Rev Julie Rennick grew up in the north of England moving to Scotland in the late 1980s.
She studied divinity at Aberdeen University after a career in retail management and working as a youth work volunteer in her local church.
Before training for ministry Julie had been a Reader for the Presbytery of Kincardine and Deeside.
Julie has three sons: Richard, George and Jamie; her husband, Alastair, has four children: John, Lucy, Jamie and Sophie. Two of the boys live overseas: George in Canada and John in America. They also have three grandchildren between them: Ellie and Maggie live in Massachusetts and Callum lives in Aberdeen.
Julie is a member of an international clergywomen’s group: RevGalBlogPals, for whom she writes regular blog posts and prayers. She also writes for various theological journals and has prayers and reflections included in Wild Goose publications.
